Terms of Service

Before starting a project, we need to make sure we are on the same page so there aren't misunderstandings and to protect against fraud, so please take some time to read through these terms! Thank you.Terms of Service Agreement1. I only accept payment via paypal, using invoices. Please don't send money before I send a request.
2. I only started working when I received 50% of the payment; the finished work will only be sent once the remaining payment is recieved.
3. Please be patient/do not rush me; there may be a queue ahead of you. Deadlines and timelines will be adhered to in good faith but may not be possible sometimes. Note that each project may vary. Please plan your launches and streams accordingly.
4. No refunds/cancellations after I start the commission.
5. I reserve the right to decline/cancel a commission for any reason. You will be fully refunded.
6. You must credit me(@MegaArcArt) whenever you're using the model.
7. The model MUST be already L2D ready, I won't be doing any seperation or drawing. But I'll try to guide you on how to best cut the parts.
8. I'll be allowed to upload a short showcase video on my social media. I will ask in advanced on whether I may upload WIP posts while I work.
9. A.I. generated images won't be accepted. If I discover during the rigging proccess, I may drop the project immediately.
